The Tall Ships Sailed In
At this time of year in Halifax Nova Scotia, there is a celebration of Tall Ships. They come in from all over the world.
They were only just arriving today, but there was quite a crowd. Some interesting looking characters.
It was a brilliantly sunny day, not everyone was dressed for the weather
I guess she had a job to do. Meanwhile, the ships were coming in slowly, gliding in
Beautiful ladies at the helm.
Some having more fun than others.
These beauties have been well cared for. All of them shining and ready.
I particularly like their reflections in the glass office blocks.
There were authentic displays. unfortunately they did fire those guns. It was a hell of a din.
In the end I got swept off my feet by a Mountie. He was charming. I was embarrassing.

I gotta get over to the waterfront and see them for myself. The weather is just perfect for their visit. Hope Poppy liked the big boats.
